Setting a new standard in operational excellence, drawing from previous experiences will be fundamental to success in this role and assisting Essence's dominance in the market.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to the Executive General Manager – Essence Communities, your core responsibilities include the delivery of operational excellence ensuring Essence is the market leader; and ensuring assets are fully compliant and delivering exceptional people leadership for the Essence Communities Build to Rent (BTR) portfolio teams across Australia and New Zealand.
