The Role
The Trade Team Leader will assist in the management for the delivery of Planned and Reactive Maintenance solutions across HVAC R, Electrical, Hydraulic, Building and Fire Services, to Government contracts.
This role will specifically manage the delivery and technical compliance of all trade service lines across the region and provide direct support to the State Manager to increase our service offering and scope.
This role is based in Ballina - Byron region! ResponsibilitiesManaging the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achievedLead and manage a team of qualified techniciansEfficient use of the technicians to deliver the services (Labour Utilisation Targets to be managed)Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with internal client groupsManage daily operations of the Technicians, review various reports and assist State Manager where requiredDelivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budgetLiaise with Facilities Managers to efficiently carry out the tasks and services required of BGIS under the terms of the ContractDrive and influence a strong safety culture and ensure WHS policies and procedures are met, maintained and audited across the regionSkills and ExperienceExperience as a Senior Qualified TradespersonTrade qualification and extensive relevant experience (HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry, or Plumbing etc.
