Responsibilities

* Follow instructions and work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
* Monitor food inventory and assist in managing stock levels and ordering supplies.

* Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize food waste.

Requirements
* Experience as a Cook, Chef, Commis Chef, Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef, depending on the position.
* Knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and culinary trends.
* Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
* Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred for higher positions.
