We are currently looking for: Service Execution Analyst Main Responsibilities: Conducting inspection and pipe preparation including cleaning, onshore preparation and return process. Assisting in the management of third-party companies that are required to carry out operations and ensuring they adhere to the customer requirements. Loading and unloading of associated goods. Facilitating and conducting regular stock counts and effective inventory management, addressing inaccuracies promptly. Assisting in the management of third parties directly related to yard operations to meet all Quality Management requirements with particular attention to stock maintenance, organization, safe storage and accurate accounting of stock levels. Maintaining the yard in a safe and environmentally sound manner to meet relevant legislation regulations. Reporting all stock movements, release notes and inbound shipments accurately and in a timely manner to Account Managers. Implementing plans and engaging with a selection of service providers. Action in maintenance related matters for plant and equipment. Planning and executing maintenance activities for inventory. Taking ownership of QHSE compliance for the entire facility. Preparing incident reports in liaison with relevant parties to ensure compliant practices are upheld. Ensuring compliance with safety registers. Conducting and recording safety observations and ensuring continuous improvement. Maintaining responsibility for the quality output of the operation ensuring internal team and service providers meet quality requirements. Maintaining loader/forklift ongoing to ensure safe working requirements. Reporting quality and process deviations / faults to Supervisors or Management as required. Requirements: Qualification in relevant area of study is favourable but not mandatory. Experience working in oil and gas industry, service yards, a QAQC related role or with OCTG is advantageous. Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, result oriented, resilience and always curious for improvement. Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications.
