Job Description: The Legal Administrator is a key member of the Legal Administration team, responsible for maintaining the legal contract database for all international operations. This role involves facilitating answers and solutions to the company's general legal email, managing contract requests across the company through the legal request system, and providing guidance and assistance on contract issues to other team members. The Legal Administrator will work with other departments and in-house counsel to draft non-standard client agreements and may lead special projects for the company in areas of expertise. Other duties or responsibilities may be assigned by management. This role is a hybrid position requiring the successful candidate to be in the office a minimum of two days per week. Responsibilities: Maintain the legal contract database for all international operations. Facilitate answers and solutions to the company's general legal email. Manage contract requests across the company through the legal request system. Provide guidance and assistance on contract issues to other team members. Work with other departments and in-house counsel to draft non-standard client agreements. Lead special projects for the company in areas of expertise. Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a legal environment, although not required. Excellent time management skills with the strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service oriented and a flexible team player with high energy and a positive attitude Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments within the company. Ability to work with minimal assistance and supervision. Salesforce experience is a plus. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Tertiary education preferred. 2 or more years of business experience ideal. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a legal environment.
