We are looking for a Food & Beverage Venue Manager to join our team and lead our Food & Beverage Department to success.About the RoleAs the Food & Beverage Venue Manager, you'll be both a visionary planner and a hands-on leader, ensuring smooth operations across all Food & Beverage services. You'll play an active role in training, supervising, and motivating the team, setting them up to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive growth through efficient planning, health & safety compliance, and team engagement.Job Requirements: Experience: Proven background in Food & Beverage management, ideally within a high-volume or entertainment venue.Leadership Skills: Strong people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to recruit, train, motivate, and engage a team in a fast-paced environment.Safety, Compliance & Quality: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, with a commitment to ensuring a safe workplace. Ensuring good housekeeping and high-quality control.Budgeting & Forecasting: Experience of budgets, labour costs, and revenue forecasts.Licences & Qualifications: RSA is essential. An unrestricted Approved Manager Licence is preferred, or a willingness to obtain in the future.Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Organisation: Highly organised with strong planning abilities to manage schedules, resources, and operational priorities.Your Responsibilities Include: Leading the frontline team to operate efficiently, safely, and effectively.Managing staffing, training, and onboarding to maintain high productivity.Supporting team development, recognising achievements, and fostering a positive work environment.Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies across all operations.Overseeing department administration, including scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting to maximise productivity.Gathering and analysing guest feedback to improve service delivery and product quality.Joining our client's team means more than just taking on a management role – it's a chance to make a tangible impact while enjoying a competitive salary.
