The role will involve partnering with our business stakeholders and technical teams to design and implement the appropriate level of digital analytics that ensures our digital assets have the necessary measurement and tagging foundation, including our auspost.com.au websites, customer portals, and our native iOS & Android apps.
This role will also provide technical support for our personalisation and AB testing program, and will often work directly with Marketing, vendor, and development teams to ensure the right outcome for our visitors and customers.

We're empowered to deliver for our teams and to delight our customers. We provide an inclusive and supportive environment that nurtures talented people, trusts our teams to deliver their best, and leverages modern work practices and technologies. It's an unexpectedly dynamic and collaborative culture that feels more like a start-up than a 213-year old icon.
Major Accountabilities:
Collaborate with Marketing, Business, Developer, and Analytics teams to capture measurement requirements and translate them into measurement plans and technical implementation documents.
Ensure the proper testing and deployment of tags for data collection across our websites, customer portals, and native iOS & Android apps.

Monitor and troubleshoot tag-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Specific Position Requirements:
Working knowledge of tag management platforms, ideally Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager.
Ability to develop and maintain an enterprise-wide Data Layer that facilitates consistent data capture.
Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics platforms, as well as common marketing/media tags.
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative high performing team.
Strong stakeholder relationship management, able to clearly communicate and manage expectations with both technical and business stakeholders.
Continual evolution of a large tag management and digital analytics implementation across many digital assets.
Ongoing high demand for tagging and implementation support.
Ability to capture, understand and translate business requirements into a best practice technical delivery.
Technical frontend experience is highly beneficial to help develop solutions for our development teams.
Tertiary level qualification in technology, data or engineering, or extended career experience.
