About the Role We're looking for a Software Developer with a balance of technical experience and a drive to learn and grow within a dynamic team. This position requires three days a week in the Melbourne office. Key Responsibilities Full-Stack Development: Work on front-end and back-end development tasks, aligning technical solutions with client objectives. Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams and clients to ensure solutions meet the practical needs of not-for-profit organizations. Agile Project Management: Apply Agile methodologies, supporting timely project completion and following best practices in DevOps and microservices. Continuous Learning: Actively engage in learning while supporting team members' development. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Software Developer with a full-stack background. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, C#, Blazor, MS SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Knowledge of microservice architecture and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a consistent track record of delivering projects on time. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle technical challenges. Experience with Docker, GitHub, and an understanding of AI tools is beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
