More about you: Certificate IV in Building and Construction or working experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager.Experience in the delivery of small to medium scale education and commercial projects desirable.Ability to read and interpret construction programmes, drawings and plans.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.Strong leadership and communication abilities, with experience managing site teams and subcontractors.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction.Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools is a plus.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between sites, factories, and the office as required.
