They also contribute to operational financial analysis and financial process improvement initiatives for the Library. Partnering with the University's Procurement function, they contribute to Library sourcing strategies and support purchasing to meet Library needs, ensuring a balance between quality and value is achieved.The University Library reserves the right to transfer or rotate the location of this position to any of its Library sites based on workloads, professional development, or business needs.Your key responsibilities will be to: Manage effective, efficient Library sourcing and contract administration processesProvide effective financial analysis and management accounting support for the LibraryImplement and manage key finance and procurement compliance requirementsProvide effective leadership and management guidance and support to the staff in the work area.About you Holds relevant tertiary qualifications, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experienceMembership of CPA Australia or the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia or equivalent (preferred)Demonstrated experience in contract management, data analysis, related financial management and documentation skills, with excellent attention to detailDemonstrated experience in adapting and improving services in response to internal and external client feedback and in line with strategic goalsDemonstrated capacity to apply a range of relevant technologies and software at an advanced level to achieve effective data analysis and administrative management.Demonstrated experience in effectively managing diverse perspectives and fostering collaborative partnerships.Work Rights You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this employment to apply.
