Key Responsibilities:
* Provide education and coaching to staff on dementia impacts and prevention/response strategies.
* Develop and implement holistic behaviour support plans and meaningful engagement/lifestyle programs.
* Evaluate services and implement improvements to meet residents' needs and choices.
* Supervise and guide a small team of Allied Health Assistants.
About You:
* You are a qualified Occupational Therapist, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Counsellor, or other allied health professional with excellent knowledge of best practice dementia care strategies.
* You are a nurturing leader passionate about educating and empowering staff.
* You are innovative, take initiative, and design/implement improvements.
