About The Role:
Ventia in partnership with our Anglo-American contract is expanding and we are now looking for a Site Maintenance Supervisor to work at our Moranbah mine site accommodation village and various other off-site assets.
You will work a 5 day on / 2 day off, drive in, drive out roster with meals and accommodation are also provided on a salary of $120,000 including super.

Key Responsibilities:
8. Ensure Tradespersons Workmanship is of a high standard in line with procedures
9. Complete all related paperwork as necessary in a timely manner
10. Ensure that all Ventia and client Group policies and contractual obligations are met
11. Manage works in accordance with the planned maintenance schedule
12. Provide feedback on Maintenance Plan as required
13. Proactively supervise external subcontractors execution of works
14. Coordinate on-call roster if required
What We’re Looking For:
15. Trade qualifications or maintenance management experience essential
16. Ability to engage, guide, mentor and manage a team of tradespersons
17. Understanding of sound business principles and time management skills
18. Ability to Multi-task and organise a diverse workforce / workload
19. Driver’s License
20. Construction White Card
