8. Have a comprehensive understanding of the issues affecting the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people in Central Australia? Yes No
9. Do you have demonstrated experience in effective management of a clinical team, including skills in conflict resolution, performance management and staff development? Yes No
10. Do you have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with people from diverse cultures and professions? Yes No
11. Possess proven computer skills, including the ability to use and manage electronic patient records, word processing, emails and ability to learn new programs? Yes No
