About the Role
We are seeking part-time and full-time Registered Nurses with at least 30 hours per week availability to cover a range of shifts across a 24/7 roster.
Working from home you will be responsible for:
* Assessing and triaging callers from across Australia and directing them to where their health care needs can be best met
* Actively listening to extract vital information
* Recording health information using telephony system database
* Providing advice on treatment next steps in conjunction with clinical pathway database
* Facilitating referrals or transfer of calls to alternate service providers
To set you up for success we provide a full week of paid training and have the following available start dates to align with our extensive training program:
* 3rd February 2025 - the ability to attend all 5 days from 3-7 Feb is essential
* 3rd March 2025 - the ability to attend all 5 days from 3-7 March is essential
This role would suit currently experienced Registered Nurses who:
* Thrive working independently and in time-critical situations
* Have at least 3 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in either an acute or primary health setting, consistently undertaking clinical assessments.
* Have a home office set up that includes reliable Wi-Fi and phone signal, and the ability to receive uninterrupted calls for the entirety of the shift.
