In Perth, we manage the 3 cafes and 7 onsite after funeral catering lounges at Fremantle, Karrakatta & Pinnaroo Cemeteries. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Catering & Bookings Manager. POSITION OVERVIEW Based at our Fremantle Office Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Free Onsite Parking Immediate Start POSITION DESCRIPTION The position encompasses the following responsibilities: Bookings Liaise with Funeral Directors and Clients to book after funeral functions at the 7 function rooms across the 3 cemeteries using our booking software. Arrange for invoice and payment of functions. Correspond with the head chef regarding food production and dispatch. Roster staff for functions. Catering Management Be the main point of contact for the three cemetery cafe managers and the head chef. Support the cemetery cafe managers with day-to-day operations. Resolve any operational matters and correspond with head office. Ensure customer service standards, quality of food, and overall performance is in line with the company standards. Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding. Head Office Act as the main point of contact for head office. Assist with managing the company relationship with Funeral Directors, Cemetery partners, and other stakeholders.
