We currently have a role due to internal movements.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years’ Payroll experience in a similar industry.Experience completing multiple weekly payrolls across various industries.Experience in a medium to large company.Pronto, MYOB, Xero, Deputy & Humanforce experience preferred.Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to deliver on deadlines, work under pressure, and work autonomously as well as part of a team.Team player with good relationship-building skills.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesComplete ownership and responsibility for the weekly payroll across eight entities with growth for more.Process new starters, changes to employment, and terminations.Maintain up-to-date payroll records.Handle and resolve pay-related queries and discrepancies.Coordinate all internal recruitment through different mediums.Provide clear and accurate advice and support to the senior leadership team.Process Monthly Child Support, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and PAYG.Arrange Co-Invest lodgment and payment.Sound knowledge of Fair Work and Workover.Reconciliation of payroll liabilities.Manage uniform distribution and ordering.Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday onsite in Pakenham (No WFH available). Some overtime may be required to meet deadlines.You must have current unrestricted working rights for Australia to be eligible for consideration.
