Press & Showroom Assistant LEO LIN is excited to share a new opportunity for a Press and Showroom Assistant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level full-time position based at our Sydney Head office.

Responsibilities PR Tasks Assisting with proactive weekly media liaison to drive product placements across digital and print publications Assisting with weekly liaison with stylists, talents, influencers and personalities to secure dressing and editorial opportunities Dropbox management of relevant seasonal assets for press Assisting with follow ups with influencers on coverage if required Influencer database management and proactively assist with identifying new talents and influencers to collaborate with and gift seasonally Event production assistance for press, influencers and VIPs Reporting & Media Monitoring Regular press check and media monitoring of all target publications both print and digital Collate web links, screen grabs and press clips in allocated press folders and assist with monthly PR reporting Updating and research of circulation, readership and advertising rates for respective publications Updating media lists and contacts in internal database if required Maintaining gifting reporting for seasonal collections Social Media monitoring - internally share influencer placements and coverage Sample & Gifting Management Responsible for all PR loan management via Flaunter ensuring samples are sent timely to shoots and returned quickly Maintaining of Flaunter platform – uploading of new season collection assets Responsible for seasonal PR gifting implementation via Indigo-8 platform Booking couriers/delivery for all PR and communicating with third-party warehouse to ensure loans/gifts are received in a timely manner Communicating tracking in a timely manner to all relevant external parties Responsible for showroom looking beautifully presented and replenished at all times Assist with Showroom appointment and post appointment recovery – showroom tidy, replenishing stock, bunker tidy Daily Ecom support – pick/packing small volume of ecommerce orders from our Showroom location Operational showroom stock support Shoot Assistance (Ecom & Social content) Styling assistance on ecommerce shoots Creative styling lead on social media content shoots Assisting with idea and styling development with Content coordinator for social content shoots Assisting with sourcing props and accessories if needed Our Ideal Candidate will have: 1+ years in a similar role or retail sales experience Strong knowledge of the media and influencers landscape Excellent written and verbal communication skills Resourceful and proactive in resolving issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention Computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Canva, Photoshop and InDesign Skills Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities Customer-Centric Mindset and strong attention to detail Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a solution-oriented approach Sydney based Seniority level Entry level
