We are seeking experienced Pharmacy Assistants to join our client, a Federal Government Agency. This role would suit those with dispense experience in hospitals or community settings looking to transition into the public sector.
The Role and Responsibilities
You will operate in a call centre environment answering queries and providing information regarding the Australian Government's Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). You will provide high quality customer service and timely advice for pharmaceutical issues, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
* Experience as a Dispense Technician is essential.
* A minimum Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent qualifications is required.
* You must have a good understanding of the Australian Government Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS).
* You should be able to demonstrate sound judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems are necessary.
* You will require demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are also required.
