The role of Maintenance Superintendent will act as the key focal point in coordination for offshore maintenance project execution and scope. Managing relationships and negotiations with customers and contractors.Support the organisation and management of Monadelphous Seconded workforce overall delivery expectations inclusive of establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer focal.Understand and deliver the people and team management activities required for a project/site.Support the organisation and management of Monadelphous offshore workforce and execution ensuring competence of the delivery Teams to meet the ongoing work schedules.Responsible for providing Leadership to the Offshore Supervision teams in performance assessment and management of all Monadelphous Team members, inclusive of time writing requirements.Support the organisation and management of Monadelphous Subcontractors ensuring competence of Subcontractor Teams to meet the work scopes.Provide a key functional support role in site productivity and execution, data analysis, problem solving and improvement/innovation programs, and to bring Monadelphous capabilities to support operations in all aspects of delivery and support.
