About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly successful field sales and new business professional to join our current team as Sales Development Manager.
Reporting to the QLD Trade Sales Manager, this full-time position will manage an existing and well-established territory. This is a true trade sales development role responsible for servicing our trade customers South of Brisbane River and West to Ipswich. The ideal candidate will have a proven background working in the oil and lubricant industry. The Successful Candidate will reside Brisbane South to Jimboomba. This role will require attendance at trade shows and limited weekend events.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, guiding them to implement effective strategies. Identify new market opportunities and channels. Lead sales initiatives, ensuring consistent revenue growth and achievement of KPIs. Represent Penrite at trade shows and weekend events. What we're looking for: A minimum of 5+ years of field sales experience, with a proven track record in acquiring new business. Strong ability to maintain customer relationships and exceed KPIs. Previous experience in the oil and lubricant industry is highly desirable. You're a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Previous Experience with Commercial Customers will be considered a plus. Willingness to travel overnight for business purposes. Why choose Penrite?
