We are seeking an efficient and proactive Student Support/Admin Officer to join our team, ensuring students receive the support they need throughout their journey with SCALA.Role Overview:As a Student Support/Admin Officer, you will be responsible for guiding students from enrolment to course completion, providing ongoing support, maintaining records, data entry, and ensuring administrative compliance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing administrative tasks and is committed to supporting students in achieving their goals.Key Responsibilities: Onboarding Support: Assist students through the enrolment and onboarding process, ensuring all administrative requirements are met efficiently.Ongoing Student Support: Provide continuous support to students, addressing enquiries and ensuring a smooth experience.Administrative Duties: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.Process Adherence: Follow established processes to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy.Key Success Factors: Enrolment Targets: Support efforts to meet or exceed enrolment targets.Student Retention: Ensure students progress smoothly through their courses, contributing to a retention rate of 90% or higher.Student Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of student satisfaction, achieving a score of 85% or higher.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in administration, with a focus on efficiency and compliance.Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets or Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.Ability to quickly learn new systems and follow established processes.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.A proactive and supportive approach to student success.Reporting Line:You will report directly to the Training Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
