Experienced Change Director required to lead transformative change and communication strategies for a major HR transformation for a large Government department.
We're seeking a dynamic Change and Communications Director to join the Human Capital Management Solution (HCMS) Program, a multi-year initiative aimed at modernizing HR systems.
As the Change Director, you will:
* Lead developing and implementing comprehensive change and communication strategies aligning with organisational goals.
* Oversee UX design, persona development, and future state process mapping to ensure user-centric solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful change adoption and enhance user experiences.
* Conduct impact assessments and develop mitigation strategies for proposed changes.
* Lead the development and delivery of training programs to support the success of change initiatives.
Requirements:
* Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation projects in an HR environment or similar.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive high performance.
* Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly regarded.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in project management methodology and critical project activities.
