Driver Trainer Assessor
This pivotal role requires flexibility to travel to sites across Metro and Regional Queensland, leading heavy vehicle training and assessment for our QLD Concrete business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering training materials and activities to Boral employees and contractors, inducting new company drivers within Boral's driver training guidelines.
* Identifying training/assessment gaps within the QLD Concrete Business and developing action plans to meet current and future requirements.
* Working with existing Logistics Supervisors to assist in the delivery of training and assessment requirements of drivers.
* Undertaking verification of competency training and assessment.
* Reporting driver behaviour from our Telematics system and other tasks as required.
* Promoting a sustainable safety culture including PPE standards and compliance to Boral's Safety Systems.
Requirements:
* Cert IV Training and Assessment qualification.
* Strong experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer or similar role, preferably in operating Agitator vehicles.
* Experience in concrete slumping of loads.
