3. Lead your Team as the Guest Service Supervisor
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories. On a daily basis you will:
4. Lead and support your Team under the direction of the Guest Services Manager
5. Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
6. Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
7. Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met
What you’ll bring:
8. Strong Guest Service experience with sound knowledge of NewBook, RoomMaster, Opera or a similar booking system
9. Experience in night audit
10. Team Leader or Supervisor experience is a must!
11. A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
12. A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
13. Certificate II in Hospitality (Operations) or equivalent experience
14. Problem solving skills including the ability to apply mathematical skills in a workplace context
