Your key responsibilities
The primary scope of this role is to support the Head of Investment Banking Coverage Australia. In addition, this role will also provide support to the Business Manager.
8. Extensive diary management – scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring an effective use of the executive’s time
9. Coordinating internal & external meetings with clients & stakeholders from start to finish including liaising with assistants and booking meeting rooms
10. Providing superior and executive level of support to the team – maintaining a professional approach at all times (both internally and externally) and a high level of confidentiality
11. Reconciliation of monthly expenses in Concur ensuring adherence to company policies
12. Event coordination including Client dinners and Internal team building events
13. General administrative tasks including filing, printing, binding etc.
Your skills and experience
14. Five years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
15. Ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and to be flexible.
16. Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
17. Exhibit exceptional organisational skills, the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
18. High level of professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through written correspondence.
19. Willingness and desire to build relationships internally and externally
20. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of tasks
21. Professional approach towards the work environment
22. Self-motivated individual who displays a pro-active style and excellent attention to detail.
23. Superior communication skills and ability to prioritise
