This role will also see you contributing to the ongoing development of regulatory frameworks and engaging with insurers on licensing and compliance matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Monitoring & Compliance: Review and analyse insurer performance using risk-based frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.Risk & Issues Management: Identify and research emerging risks and contentious issues, preparing licensing briefings and reports.Strategic Development: Contribute to the enhancement of regulatory strategies, operational policies, and process improvements.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicating with influence and negotiating persuasively.Policy & Regulation: Provide expert advice on self-insurance and regulatory trends, representing WCRS in discussions with key stakeholders.Project & Resource Management: Lead and participate in projects related to self-insurance and regulatory compliance within budget constraints.Team & Culture: Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the team, upholding the values and vision of OIR.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, licensing, finance, or policy.
