Progression and Training

The other Senior Accountants in the team are not motivated to move into management so it presents a great opportunity for someone who is looking to progress.
Role and Work
The Managers and Partners are supportive but allow you the autonomy to truly be responsible for running your own portfolio of clients who you will deal with directly.
This role sits underneath a Partner with a $1.8m fee base and you will be given a portfolio of fees suitable to your capability of $300-600k that you will make your own.
It’s a team that is continuing to expand and the work is meaty with the clients in the $20-100m turnover range and fees ranging from $15-200k.
Your focus is on helping your clients grow so you’ll be handling their advisory needs in areas such as tax planning and structuring; estate planning; and any other ad hoc needs your clients have.
The firm services a wide range of clients from start-ups and HNWI’s to large, well-established businesses.
Minimum Requirements: 3 + years Business Services experience. Support for the CA or CPA if you are not yet qualified.
