The Role The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the effective delivery and management of business IT services for the Global Glass ANZ division of Orora.
This position is vital for maintaining high service levels across applications, on-premise and cloud environments, leading local implementation of strategic global initiatives, and providing technical guidance. A key aspect of this role is overseeing the integration of business IT and OT systems and services as part of the Orora Global Glass business unit in ANZ, to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.
In addition, the ANZ Glass Service Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in identifying customer issues and needs by maintaining strong relationships with end-users and stakeholders.
This is a 12 Months - Fixed Term role and to be based at Gawler site of Orora Glass Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement:
Effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure services align with business objectives.
Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting complex information clearly for mutual understanding.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring services meet contractual agreements. Service Management:
Oversee IT service delivery to meet agreed service levels and quality standards.
Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize business disruption.
Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Evaluate and manage changes to IT standards, methods, tools, applications, and processes.
Coordinate IT service requests and manage cost implications to stay within budget.
Ensure smooth implementation of changes to IT services with minimal risk.
Optimize ANZ and Global Glass IT systems in line with Group standards and policies, using technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and Citrix.
Support server and network solutions and assist with IT systems disaster recovery testing. Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks related to IT service delivery, taking an analytical approach to potential issues.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards on security, privacy, and ethics.
Uphold cybersecurity practices in line with Global Information Security policies and procedures. Technology Utilization and Optimization:
Maximize the capabilities of existing applications and assess new technologies and digital tools to support business needs.
Contribute expertise to define requirements for business proposals and projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and support business growth. About You Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar IT Business Partner, Service Delivery Manager, or business role, with a focus on stakeholder management and customer service, including:
Experience in Business Analysis and or Service Management
Working across timezones and cultures Experience with technologies in use across the local and global technology ecosystems, including but not limited to:
Microsoft O365 Administration
Windows Server environments
Public Cloud (Azure) and Hybrid Cloud Platforms
Citrix Virtual Desktop Platforms
Experience in Networking will be very highly regarded.
OT and OEM equipment
SCADA systems including historians and Industry 4.0 components. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. French or Arabic language will be good to have. How to Apply
