You will be operating as a key member of the Financial Risk & Modelling Implementation Crew, working within the Pre-Deal Check & Excess Management squad collaborating with internal stakeholders to support empowering smart risk taking through simple frameworks and tools.We work with a diverse range of stakeholders across the Group to implement technology, process and policy changes that enhance the management of risk.
We deliver strategic value to stakeholders and customers by simplifying, innovating, and continuously improving our frameworks, systems, and tools to achieve sustainable risk management outcomes.Do work that mattersThe Senior Organisational Change Manager will be accountable for leading the change, business engagement and change strategy for complex change delivery to ensure successful, effective and sustainable implementation of change delivery and business outcomes.
This includes providing change management advice and coaching to impacted teams as well as the design and implementation of end-to-end change plans to support the delivery and embedding of frameworks, processes or tooling to Risk Management and other Business / Support units across the Group.Additionally, the Senior Organisational Change Manager will play a key role in the development of communications for a leadership audience and may undertake an advisory and coaching role to the business community.More specifically you willConduct detailed change impact assessments that accurately reflect the change impact, including the impacts on the business, other areas of the Group, associated people risks and how these impacts will be managed.Plan and lead a comprehensive change management approach, developing fit-for-purpose change interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise change adoption.Manage the identification and engagement of internal and external stakeholders, as well as resolution of stakeholder/people-related risks and issues.Manage change transition and adoption through communications, engagement, coaching, training and tracking metrics, so that changes become business as usual.Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics for Change Management readiness measures.Manage the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments and resistance management plans.Design and develop change collateral as required (e.g.
presentations, training materials, communications and reference material).Contribute to the development of change objectives and measures of success and continuously monitor adoption and success metrics.Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving.We are interested in hearing from people who have:Extensive change management experience, leading large change programs.Demonstrated experience in delivering OCM and communication strategies in large, complex and often ambiguous environments, effectively managing the challenges and sensitivities these changes involve.A strong record of creating and delivering exceptional change management deliverables, including the design and delivery of learning and communication materials.Proven stakeholder management experience, including the ability to build trusting relationships, influencing, and communicating effectively to set expectations and drive outcomes.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to deliver and facilitate training/workshops and other presentations.An initiative-taking approach with a 'can-do' attitude, and able to work autonomously.A continuous improvement mindset, curious with a high attention to detail.A growth mindset and familiarity with agile practices.A risk mindset – all employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
