About the Job
As a key member of our team, your role will be diverse and impactful. You will be responsible for:
* Providing quotes to our valued customers
* Managing general office administration duties
* Coordinating shipments and ensuring documents reach clearing agents
You will work with our manual system, where job sheets come in, and enter job numbers, container shipment codes, and shipment dates into Excel spreadsheets. While prior knowledge of the Freight Forwarding industry is an advantage, we are open to candidates from various backgrounds, as we will provide training to the right fit.
About You
If you are a detail-oriented individual with a logistics background and perhaps some experience in the same industry, we'd love to hear from you. Proficiency in Excel is essential, and familiarity with Xero is a plus but not essential.
