The Role
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, in this role you will:
* Proactively source, develop, and convert new sales opportunities to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
* Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs, upselling, and negotiating rates to secure business.
* Create and manage accurate proposals, contracts, and account profiles using Opera, and complete RFPs efficiently.
* Conduct on-site hotel tours and off-site meetings with clients, ensuring flexibility and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team, participate in meetings, and produce reports detailing sales activities and market trends.
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel by participating in promotional and marketing activities when required.

* Skilled in selling services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals with corporate clients.
* Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and strong analytical abilities.
* Expertise in building and maintaining client relationships and expanding professional networks.
* Proficient in developing strategies, managing projects, deadlines, and resources.
* Strong verbal/written communication skills, and effective teamwork across departments to achieve goals.
