The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Category Manager to join our procurement team. In this role, you will work closely with executives and senior leadership to design and execute business-wide procurement strategies.
* Manage end-to-end category strategies to deliver measurable outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to drive procurement initiatives and manage direct reports.
* Influence and shape the strategic direction of wider procurement activities across the business.
Skills and Experience Required:
* Significant experience in end-to-end category management with expertise in indirect categories covering corporate services, workforce management/contingent labour, and marketing.
* Proven ability to lead categories through long-term strategic category planning and implementation.
* Experience building and negotiating commercial models, performance regimes, and risk management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and supplier management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of marketing, consulting, professional services, and workforce management commercial models.
