The Role
You will report into your leadership team and support them in the management of projects. Duties will include;
* Lead and manage projects across planning, execution, and delivery phases, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Work closely with the client base to understand project requirements and maintain strong working relationships.
* Manage contracts, including negotiating terms, drafting, and reviewing contract documents.
* Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
* Maintain and update project schedules, budgets, and resources in line with company and client expectations.
The Criteria
* Tertiary engineering qualifications in construction management, project management
* Previous experience of working on Defence projects valuable but not essential
* Ability to obtain DCSI and Defence clearance (essential)
* Competency in Project Management software
* Experience in leading, managing and motivating teams
* Problem-solving and innovative approach and ability to work under pressure
