As a Administrative Support (Project Secretary), you will provide general administrative support to ensure that the senior managers, leads, and their project team is supported in an efficient and professional manner. What you'll do The role responsibilities include: Provides complex administrative support to a project or multiple projects. Collects, reviews, analyzes complex and/or confidential data and prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Responds to or routes non-routine or confidential inquiries from external or internal sources with correspondence or other messaging. Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation on large, complex projects. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities.Has advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software skills. What you'll have Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management.Fresh graduates are welcome. Highly competent in MS Office suite. Effectively manages change to work tasks and the work environment and assists others with adapting to change. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups, and make presentations when required.
