Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of a portfolio of 160 properties, ensuring high standards of property maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance tasks. Act as the primary point of contact for both property owners and tenants. Conduct routine property inspections, manage lease agreements, and handle tenant communications effectively. Manage property-related documentation, ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with company policy. Collaborate closely with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals. No Trust Accounting. Key Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of properties. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work well within a team environment. Self-motivated, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities. Knowledge of relevant property management software and systems.
