The Youth Enhanced Services (YES) Program is a pivotal initiative, delivering personalized care to adolescents aged 12-18 through a combination of comprehensive therapies and multidisciplinary team approaches. It combines in-person and digital interactions, including assertive outreach and home visits, to engage youth. Clinical oversight ensures high-quality service delivery, supported by comprehensive referral strategies to enhance care continuity.About The RoleAre you passionate about making a difference in youth mental health? EACH is seeking a passionate Senior Mental Health Clinician to lead and deliver advanced psychological interventions within our YES Program.You will play a crucial role in providing individual therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT), group treatments, and multidisciplinary team care to young individuals (12–18 years) facing severe mental health concerns. You will oversee service delivery, engage with local stakeholders, and ensure seamless integration of care plans using both face-to-face and digital modalities.Key responsibilities:Lead and deliver specialist counselling for young individuals, focusing on severe mental illnessSupervise and mentor junior clinicians to maintain exceptional service standardsExceed service targets and ensure accurate documentation of service deliveryCollaborate with local stakeholders for coordinated client care and develop referral pathwaysProvide clinical leadership and contribute to clinical supervision sessionsWhat’s in it for you?At EACH you'll be supported to be your best.
