Customer Care Representative
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our team at Air Liquide Healthcare Australia. As a leading supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services, we specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be working with a supportive and friendly team, speaking with valued customers every day. They will handle inbound correspondence, liaise with ALH state staff to resolve customer enquiries, and conduct all activities in accordance with requirements of ALH's Quality Management System.
Main Responsibilities
* Deal with inbound correspondence via phone and email.
* Liaise with ALH state staff to resolve customer enquiries.
* Conduct all activities in accordance with requirements of ALH's Quality Management System.
* Process and follow up after call requests via email, telephone and direct in a timely accurate and efficient manner.
Requirements
* Passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and building relationships over the phone.
* Previous experience in a contact centre is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Administrative and Sales experience (desirable).
* Computer literate with the entire Google Suite.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* A 'can-do' attitude aligned to the continuous improvement of our customer experience strategy.
