As an EL 1 Assistant Director, you will:Lead a team in the management of Code of Conduct, underperformance, probation and other APS disciplinary matters referred for review.Exercise sound decision making and judgement when producing high level evidence based decisions for our cases.Have highly developed written communication skills to support evidenced based decision making.Provide high quality advice and guidance to senior management, supervisors and employees across the Department.Be accountable for accurate completion of your work and your team's work within timeframes and ensuring quality requirements.Be responsible for actively managing key stakeholder relationships within and outside Defence.About our Team Directorate of Conduct and Performance (DCP) provides advice and guidance on conduct and performance management issues.
