About The Role
Pinaka is seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler with expertise in Microsoft Scheduler to support complex projects within a federal government environment .
As part of a System Integrator (SI) partner of Pinaka Technology Solutions, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and maintaining project schedules to ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
This is a long-term contract opportunity offering stability and the chance to work on high-impact federal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Scheduler.
Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and technical teams to track progress, dependencies, and milestones.
Identify scheduling risks, forecast project timelines, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
Ensure schedules align with government requirements, project deliverables, and budget constraints.
Generate and present reports, dashboards, and schedule updates to project stakeholders.
Support resource planning and allocation to optimise efficiency.
Adhere to project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with federal government policies and standards.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, preferably within a federal government setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Scheduler and other scheduling/project management tools.
Baseline Clearance (or higher) is mandatory.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify scheduling conflicts and risks.
Excellent communication and reporting skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Experience working within a System Integrator (SI) environment.
Understanding of federal government procurement processes and project methodologies.
Familiarity with PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies is advantageous.
