The Opportunity: An Analyst role in our Industrial & Logistics Sales & Leasing division covering Melbourne West, Australia's largest industrial market. Working with institutional grade industrial assets, preparing cash flows, assisting with presentations, client reporting, submissions, and information memorandums across a broad range of sales and leasing transactions. Analysing economic and financial trends to assist with presentations. Performing a broad range of project related tasks, tracking market transactions, investment advisory, due diligence research, development, and market consultancy. Coordinating the brokerage team & participating in client meetings and inspections. Business development, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building. About You: Tertiary qualification in Property/Finance with 1-2 years' experience preferred. Preferably some experience working within Valuations, Property Management or another property related role (CPV not required). Strong Excel and modelling skills, analytical, methodical, and organized mindset. Excellent written, graphical and face to face presentation skills.
