Responsibilities
1. Lead from the front, inspiring success in all areas of people management and store management.
2. Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
3. Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo.
4. Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed.
5. Drive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity, and profitability.
6. Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor.
7. Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder.
8. Conduct staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance.
9. Effectively manage all retail operations from back to front-of-house within a factory outlet environment.
Requirements
* Strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position.
* Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in coaching and leading a team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.
* Strong business acumen and a commercial mindset.
