In this role you will be assisting residents in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs.In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks may include:Participating in the development and review of resident/client care plans, including completing charting and reporting any observed changes of a resident's health to the Registered Nurse;Undertaking and completing a number of different tasks, as delegated by the Registered Nurse;Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensuring that all interactions are treated confidentially;Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe and secure environment.About YouYou are an empathetic, kind and caring person that is passionate about aged care.
