Clough, as part of a joint venture, is delivering Perdaman Industries’ urea plant, a landmark project for Western Australia. The plant will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, installing the most sustainable production processes. The project is expected to generate 2,000 jobs during the construction phase, whilst delivering sustained benefits to the local community through career, training and business opportunities.
We are currently searching for a Plant and Equipment Administrator to join the Project Ceres team in Karratha. Reporting to the Plant and Equipment Manager, you will be responsible providing general administration support and database maintenance to the Plant and Equipment team on site, with the goal of ensuring smooth operations across the department.

Who you are
Your focus will include:
1. Maintain accurate records of all plant and equipment inventory through the CATT and FMS systems.
2. Undertaking site visits to contractor work areas to examine Plant and Equipment.
3. General office admin duties such as ordering materials, supplies and tools.
4. Providing administration support for the maintenance team.
What you will bring to the team:
5. Previous experience in plant and equipment administration or maintenance administration, preferred.
6. Strong organisational and communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
8. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to plant and equipment.
9. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
10. Valid driver’s licence and construction induction card (White Card).
