This role combines leadership, client service, and sales expertise in a dynamic catering and events environment.
About the Role: Act as the first point of contact for catering and event enquiries, delivering exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.
Drive sales by qualifying leads, creating tailored quotes, and converting them into confirmed business.
Collaborate with the operations, kitchen, and management teams to deliver seamless events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while proactively seeking opportunities for new business.
Assist in planning and attending trade shows, menu tastings, and site inspections to represent the business and secure bookings.
Provide professional training and guidance to new team members.
Ensure compliance with WHS and Food Safety standards while striving to exceed service expectations.
What You Bring: Proven experience in event planning, catering management, and sales.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify and maximise revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for events.
