The Role
Reporting to the Financial Manager; your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Maintain project budgets and forecasts
2. Maintain projects and contracts and provide analysis as required
3. Review project feasibilities on new projects on current landholdings
4. Prepare P&L and Balance Sheet reports
5. Process End-of-Month journals
6. Preparation of End-of-Month and End-of-Year ledger reconciliations
7. Prepare Statutory Reporting
8. Maintain fixed asset registers
9. Assist with audits
10. Completing Tax Returns, BAS and tax provisions
11. Ad hoc reporting
The Candidate
12. CA/CPA qualified
13. Prior experience in a property development/construction organisation or a Big4/mid-tier chartered accounting firm servicing clients from property development/construction
14. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, consistently displaying a willingness to provide ongoing support to all key stakeholders.
15. You will have demonstrated strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
