Your new role
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for growing and managing existing customers while discovering and pursuing new opportunities. You will sell products, answer queries, and become an expert in the field. As the first point of contact for all your dealers, you will negotiate the needs of your customers and the business. A significant part of your role will involve helping dealers increase their exposure through customised marketing initiatives and business development work. This role covers both regional and metro territories across Northern Queensland and requires travel up to 8 nights away per month. Additionally, you will report on your weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to help with strategy, coaching, and support.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Proven business-to-business sales experience with a track record of high achievement.
* Effective negotiation and follow-up skills.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
* While experience in tyres is preferred, it is not required. What is essential is your ability to network, a desire to learn, and the drive to get out on the road and build a loyal following.
