The Medical Orderly Services Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the Medical Orderlies section, ensuring the provision of an efficient and effective support service to a broad range of clinical units across the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH). Provide leadership and direction in the day-to-day coordination of medical orderly services across all areas of the RHH including Radiology and Emergency Departments. Allocate and monitor the use of resources and, in consultation with the Manager, develop and maintain strategies to meet cost centre budget objectives. Details of appointment: Permanent full-time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
