About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a salary range of $75,000-$80,000 + Super.

Key Responsibilities

As a Fast Food Manager, you will be responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager.

You will lead a team to provide outstanding Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to our guests through our team.

Your Tasks Will Include:

* Providing Safety Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on safe work practices that are compliant with local legislation and Hungry Jack's standards.
* Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture: Interview, hire, train, and supervise your team to deliver exceptional guest service on every occasion.
* Executing the National Marketing Plan: Ensure our guests receive a consistent experience on every visit.
* Responding to Guest Feedback: Provide appropriate corrective actions or escalation to ensure guest satisfaction with response.
* Building the Brand (Business Planning): Utilise your Business Priority Plan to continually improve your Restaurant performance.
* Leading a High Performing Team: Create a culture that emphasises growth, trust, and accountability.
* Managing the Business (Profit and Controllables): Accurately project sales, plan and prepare work schedules, and manage controllables to achieve profit goals.

Skills and Experience Required

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma, or at least three years of relevant experience.
