3. Experience balancing project and program, and organisational goals, as well as tactical and strategic drivers.
4. Must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements.
5. Work between business and the ICT function
Desirable criteria
1. 3 years of Architecture experience and Industry experience across financial, health or insurance sectors.
2. Proven record of accomplishment developing business solutions aligned to the assigned subject areas.
3. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification or working knowledge.
4. Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
