Partnered with 5 star customer service, our members and guests will receive a customised experience upon each and every visit. About the Role … As a Food Outlet Attendant, your key responsibilities will be: Communicating effectively and taking food/drink orders Operation of point of sale, including money handling Safe food handling practices Consistently preparing barista quality coffees Delivery of customer service excellence to members and guests Promoting of Club events and efficient delivery of information to all patrons Table service and delivery of meals Cleaning and maintaining clean and tidy work area A front of house, hands-on role, you will bring proven experience of floor operations including cash handling, a decisive personality and the ability to communicate with a diverse membership demographic. An eye for detail and a clear understanding of compliance and necessary food handling and safety understanding. The role covers service in two outlets with differing service styles including table service and order at point of sale .Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in private functions as required offering both food & beverage service to guests.
